Our story

Built in production. Proven commercially. Now teaching intelligence.

Since 2020 our team has built and run Bearish OS, an enterprise platform that brings email, calendar, CRM, calls, messaging, tasks and AI agents into one place. It serves 500+ teams and thousands of users across the United States, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe, and it has grown through three generations.

Bearish AI was born from operating that business. As AI moved from writing text to doing work, we saw what agents are missing: the record of how real work gets done, and how business actually runs in the Middle East and North Africa. So we re-tooled Bearish OS for agents: the live system as a practice environment, and its full build history as training data. Then we built a Guild of professionals across the region who create original business scenarios in Arabic, and in the English, French and German the region trades in.

What we believe

The final code is the least interesting part of the work. The reasoning, the mistakes and the repairs are where skill lives.

Graded, or it didn’t happen.

If a lesson can’t be checked automatically, it can’t be trusted at scale. We build the check first.

People first, then data.

Everyone in our work is protected, and rights and confidentiality are reviewed before anything leaves. No exceptions for speed.

Native, never translated.

Business runs differently in Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo and Casablanca. Our scenarios are written by people who do that work there, in the language they do it in.
