Bearish AI

Every model needs an apprenticeship.

Bearish AI makes the training AI agents need to do real business in the Middle East and North Africa. In Arabic, and in the English, French and German the region trades in. They learn the way people learn a craft. Watch the work. Practice it. Get graded.

The missing part

The internet shows the answer. Never the work.

Public data is the last page of the story. The paid invoice, not the three emails that fixed it. The shipped code, not the argument that shaped it. How a Riyadh distributor issues an invoice the tax authority accepts. How a Dubai team gets a purchase approved in two languages. How a German supplier gets paid by a buyer in Doha. None of that gets published, and almost none of it exists in Arabic. That is where the skill lives.

We kept ours. We make the rest.

What we offer

Four ways we teach.

I.

The Journal

Our founding archive. Real engineering episodes from a commercial product, each one following a single feature from first idea to production, through the spec, the discussion, the design, the code, the review and the outcome.

First release in preparation · 1,500 lessons

II.

The Exams

Engineering challenges rebuilt from genuine development problems, with reproducible tests and reference solutions. The project’s own build and tests decide if the agent passed.

In validation · 600 task candidates

III.

The Workshop

Bearish OS as a training ground for business agents. CRM, email, calendar, calls, tasks and workflows from a real enterprise platform, sandboxed and scored on what the agent actually got done.

Available now

IV.

The Guild

Original business scenarios made by working professionals across the Gulf, Egypt and North Africa: finance, accounting, procurement, logistics, sales, customer service and administration. Written natively in Arabic, formal and dialect, and in the English, French and German the region does business in, on local documents, rules and ways of working.

The Device-to-Cloud Engineering Corpus.

A second real product, recorded at every layer. A connected personal-safety device built from the ground up: the circuit board, the firmware, the iOS and Android app and the cloud backend, with the specs and the team’s discussions linked to the code. A rare full-stack record for coding agents that work across hardware and software.

Why Bearish AI

The only practice environment that comes with its own history.

Most sandboxes copy a famous app, fill it with made-up data and stop there. Ours is Bearish OS, the real platform we built and ran for 500+ teams, re-tooled for agents. And it comes with everything behind it: every spec, argument, bug and fix that shaped each screen and each rule.

So an agent doesn’t just learn where to click. It learns why the software works the way it does. Why a deal stage exists. What broke the last time someone changed it. How the team decided.

That is the skill real companies need. They don’t run on one famous app. They run on a well-known CRM plus a stack of internal tools built for the way they work, and no model has seen any of them. You can’t clone that kind of training. You have to have built and run the product.

No customer data. Agents learn the software, never the people who used it.

how it was builtTHE JOURNALwhat broke, and the fixTHE EXAMSthe live systemTHE WORKSHOPlearn it, fix it, run it. One real system.

We don’t rent people. We build training.

Finished training, not hours.

Marketplaces sell time. We deliver graded scenarios, environments and data cards, ready to train on, in batches on the schedule you set.

Local business, not translation.

A Saudi tax invoice. A Gulf customer chat that switches between Arabic and English mid-sentence. A German supplier’s credit note for a buyer in Doha. Each one is written by people who do that work, with the real documents and rules.

Outcomes, not answers.

Every scenario ends in a state we can check. The books balance, the order ships, the customer gets the right refund. Pass or fail, no opinions.

Where it comes from

We built it. We ran it for customers. Now agents train on it.

Bearish OS is the enterprise platform we built over six years and three generations, and sold to customers around the world. It serves 500+ teams and thousands of users across the United States, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe.

Now we’ve re-tooled it for agents. The live system becomes the Workshop. Six years of building and running it for customers become the Journal and the Exams: the decisions, the integrations, the bug fixes and the improvements. Not classroom exercises. Not public repositories. The record of a real software business.

The workshop

Practice on software no model has seen.

Real companies don’t run on one famous app. They run on a big-name CRM plus a stack of internal tools: unfamiliar, half-documented, never on the public web. Agents trained only on famous apps freeze when they meet one. Bearish OS is exactly that kind of software, and it is now open as a safe place to run a business day again and again. Answer the customer, move the meeting, update the deal, chase the invoice. Until they get it right.

And it is the only one that comes with its own build history. The workshop, and the journal of how it was made.

How we work

Made by people. Handled with care.

Authentic histories. Original scenarios. Verifiable outcomes.

The Journal and the Exams come from real commercial work. Guild scenarios are original, made by professionals in the region. Every task is checked against a real outcome.

Every person protected.

Names become role pseudonyms and secrets are removed. Rights, confidentiality and licensing are reviewed for every release, never assumed.

Every task graded.

Pass or fail is decided by the real build, the real tests, the real outcome.

Provenance on record.

Every file has a documented origin, from our six-year archive to each new Guild scenario.

For data owners

Have data of your own?

Years of code, chat and tickets are worth something to AI labs. As it is, your archive is worth one number. Prepared, linked and graded, it is worth more. See both in six questions.
